new recipe that I want to try!

What you need

• Cane Sugar (2 cups - 1 cup = 1/2 pint)
  
• White cheese 1kg (bialy ser poltlusty)
  
• Eggs (6)
  
• Butter (1/2 regular packet)
  
• Vanilla sugar (1 packet - 40g)
  
• Vanilla budyn [bu-din] (Polish custard powder) (About 100g)

For topping:

• Margarine (1/3 regular packet)
  
• Cocoa powder (1 tablespoon)
  
• sugar (4 tablespoons)
  
• Water (4 tablespoons)

What you do

1. Put vanilla sugar, white cheese, butter and cane sugar in a large mixing bowl and use a mixer to mix all the ingredients very well until a thick liquid is attained.

2. Leave for 1 hour for sugar to dissolve.

3. After an hour add vanilla budyn (custard powder) to the mixture and mix well again until the mixture is smooth.

4. Pour mixture into a greased cake dish so it is about 2 inches (3-4cm) thick.

5. Place in preheated oven (about 200 C) for about 40-50 minutes. The top should be lightly browned when it is ready.

6. Take out and leave to cool.

7. Make the chocolate topping by putting the ingredients in a pot over low heat and mix until it is smooth liquid and then pour over the cheesecake.

8. After it has cooled - eat.

It has been awhile, tak tulis pape.. around 3 weeks maybe, so many things happened.. Ade yg best, the happy moments and for sure ade scratches here and there... ~_~

The first week... (aish, ssh nk recall nie!)
---> Trip to lambir... best sgt!!.. Jalan2 ke bungai.. It was such a tiring day i.e walking for 20 minutes, kayuh2 kaki dlm air (wlopn sy tak pandai berenang), sumthing I myself couldn't describe it in words... hahaha.. tgk je la gmbar kitorg.. (geng2 sarawak takde... diorg dh nyesal tak ikot!!~heee

Argh, suke je die nk gigit tgk org... Yob nmpk kecik je~~ :D

kt Bungai, Pain nmpk kurus sbb tak nmpk perut die..LOL~

Aaaa... gmba org2 yg pndai berenang.. huuuu

Pain ngn am yg tarik pokok tu, utk kitorg duduk..

JoM JalaN2 MULU caves

kosong nampaknya blog ni.aku rasa ah semua busy or semua tak tahu mcm mn nk post entry baru semenjak2 aku tukar layout ni.ok.macam nilah senang sket.lain kali masuk dulu www.blogger.com sign in dulu then br post.sorry kalu layout br ni menyusahkn orang.

back to the topic.aku nk invite semua ni jalan2 ke MULU caves.it takes bout 30 mins by planes to go there.below itinerary yg aku dah usha.

Day 1: This morning we depart on Mas Wings flight MH3630 ETD 0920hrs to Mulu National Park. It takes about 30 mins flight. We then meet the guide and transfer to Benarat Inn for check in. After lunch we proceed by van to Park HQ. Take the plank walk to visit DEER CAVE, one of the biggest cave passages in the world. Close to Deer Cave is LANG'S CAVE, small but beautifully decorated. In the evening we will wait at the entrance to Deer Cave, where thousands of bats emerge most evenings to hunt for insects over the forest. We then return late in the afternoon to Park HQ and transfer to Benarat Inn for dinner and overnight. (Lunch, Dinner)

Day 2: After breakfast we depart by longboat at 0830hrs to the source of the Clearwater River. We first stop at Batu Bungan Penan Settlement for a short excursion of the settlement. You are able to see the hand made handicraft like baskets, bangles, mats by the Penan tribe. From there we go by boat to visit WINDS OF THE CAVE with unusual calcite formations, including the tall, slender stalagmites in King's Room. Just a few hundred meters upriver lies CLEARWATER CAVE where you have to climb 200 steps to the cave's main entrance; visit the Lady's Cave and the underground river. The pool at Clearwater Spring is a nice place to swim and picnic. After lunch we go by boat to Mulu airport to take our flight on MH3254 ETD 1540hrs to Miri. ( Breakfast, Lunch,)
